We are happy to announce a Liquidation Sale! Your chance to own a good placer claim!
|
We have a major breakthrough in one of our projects. As a result, we are focusing ALL our effort on it and selling ALL our placer claims for pennies on a dollar.
Gold can be easily panned on every claim we are selling. We are quite confident that our claims have a potential to become producing placer mines as some of them were in the past.
Please be advised that thorough mechanical testing will be required to evaluate economic value of the claims.
We are selling them for pennies on a dollar we spent, because there is no reliable means to estimate their true value before mechanical testing takes place.

Placer Mining Costs Calculator
|
All-inclusive mining costs in the table below were calculated using a comprehensive SHERPA for Placer Mines.
Even though the costs were estimated based on property specific criteria and included mob-demob, camp facilities, development, mining and reclamation, they are provided for general guidelines only.
If you would like to get an accurate mining costs estimation, we suggest you to use SHERPA Software
and provide your own values for administrative, engineering and labour costs, placer deposit and mine site specific parameters, mining, processing and ancillary equipment
along with other parameters related to your planned placer operation.
Feel free to modify production capacity and grade in the mini-calculator below and review mining costs per gold ounce.

Comparing to Hard-rock and Evaluating Risks
|
The calculator below is provided for evaluating investments risks and potential revenue based on gold spot price, projected gold grade, deposit size and mining costs.
Deposit size estimation is offered by assuming reserves sufficient to keep busy a small crew with a single washing plant during a mining season.
Mining Costs per gold ounce is calculated using SHERPA for Placer Mines.
Revenue is calculated based on mining costs minus royalty paid to property owner.
The calculator is not intended to give an accurate estimation that would depend on many specific criteria (e.g. confirmed deposit parameters, selected equipment, mining plan, etc...).
However, it allows to evaluate projected revenue by modifying input parameters and compare placer targets with modern hard-rock mining operations.

4 Depending on the project, the projected average grade is expected to be higher, similar or lower than the grade returned by hand sampling.
Please see project descriptions for gold grade, returned by hand sampling.
|
5 34.55 g/m3 is an average gold grade across the buried stream channel. Some samples returned grades over 71.35 g/m3.
